fantastic hotel experience

I found the hotel to be very clean and well-kept. the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants. i really liked the sabor restaurant. The food was delicious there. there was also a cute, friendly cat roaming the grounds, a nice touch.

the spa pool was not as warm as i expected it to be. the facilities at the spa were comprehensive though. it was a minor disappointment .

the hotel has a superb location very close to the beach. a short walk from the rear gate takes you to town in one direction. the marina is also easily accessible along the seafront promenade.

The food at the hotel had a high standard. There was a great choice of options available. the breakfast buffet was particularly good with a lot of variety. the croissants filled with cheese and bacon at the coffee shop are a great choice.

there are multiple pools at the hotel that are clean and warm. live music is available at the nearby bars, just a short walk away. this hotel also has a gym that includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes.

The rooms are modern. They include two separate sinks. the provided amenities in the room are well-stocked. my room included a rainfall shower which was amazing after a long day, i enjoyed it very much.

mixed feelings about this hotel.

loud entertainment inflexible service

The evening entertainment was loud. the next hotel had live music until 1 am and i could hear it clearly with my balcony door open. Elvis and abba tributes weren't my thing. also, i asked for daily water bottles at my door, but they refused. after complaining, i had to pick them up at reception. That's not convenient.

the location was close to the beach. the food was fresh and hot. the staff were helpful. rooms were spacious and clean. the design accommodates guests with disabilities.
